The protection of personal data is governed by Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, dated April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation" or "GDPR").
SCOPE OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
The Psychedelic Research Foundation processes personal data provided to them by donors or supporters (hereinafter referred to as "data subjects") via an electronic form, or by other means (e.g. by email or telephone). Personal data processed will not include data other than:
first and last name, postal address, e-mail address, date of birth, and, if provided, also academic degree, telephone number, bank account number, profile photo, and further, in connection with electronic access to the website, IP address.
PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Personal data is processed by The Psychedelic Research Foundation for the purpose of informing, communicating, processing and assigning donations, including issuing receipts for income tax purposes, and presenting the activities of the Psychedelic Research Foundation. The Psychedelic Research Foundation may publicly communicate and use certain personal information for marketing purposes to existing or potential donors and supporters. However, personal data will only be used in this way if specific prior consent is granted.

The processed personal data is obtained from donors and supporters, when identifying the donors in the electronic form.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Giving consent to the processing of personal data is always voluntary and their provider / data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, in whole or in part. Consent may be revoked by written notice sent to The Psychedelic Research Foundation's registered office address or to its email address as listed above.
From the date on which the revocation of consent is notified to The Psychedelic Research Foundation, personal data may be processed only to the extent corresponding to the legal reason for processing, i.e. in particular when fulfilling a contract, legal obligations or for the purpose of protecting the rights and legal claims of the Administrator.

Personal data is processed by The Psychedelic Research Foundation in electronic form.
DISCLAIMER OF DATA TO OTHER PERSONS
Personal data may also be made available to entities authorized under special legal regulations (e.g. law enforcement authorities) and to persons in the position of so-called personal data processors cooperating with The Psychedelic Research Foundation (accounting, legal and tax advisors, PR representatives and other persons cooperating with The Psychedelic Research Foundation on the basis of a contract for the provision of services).
PERIOD FOR WHICH THE SUBJECT CONSENT TO PROCESSING, PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE AND PROCESSING
The personal data of donors and supporters are processed for the duration of the contract and three to ten years from the termination of the contract with the data subject or termination of cooperation with the data subject. Additional data necessary for the given purpose may be assigned to the data provided when concluding a contract or providing assistance.
Personal data for the purposes of communication with data subjects for communication (in particular, sending news, thanking you, issuing confirmation for income tax purposes, informing about the activities of The Psychedelic Research Foundation and other relevant facts) are processed until consent is revoked or objection is expressed, or disagreement with by sending such messages.
Other personal data are processed for the necessary time and to the extent necessary to achieve the given purpose. The Psychedelic Research Foundation processes personal data for the above purposes in accordance with the Regulation and the Act.
FURTHER INFORMATION ON YOUR RIGHTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Individuals - data subjects whose personal data is processed by The Psychedelic Research Foundation, are granted by the Act and the Regulation, in addition to the rights already mentioned above, the rights summarized below:
Right of access to personal data: The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from The Psychedelic Research Foundation, whether it is processing his personal data and, if so, to obtain access to such personal data.
Right to correction or erasure, or restriction of processing: The data subject has the right (in the cases stipulated by the Regulation) to request The Psychedelic Research Foundation to correct or supplement incorrect or incomplete personal data, request the erasure of personal data if it has disappeared or no reason for their processing has been found, or request the restriction of personal data processing in connection with the resolution of the circumstances of personal data processing at The Psychedelic Research Foundation.
Right to object: The data subject has the right, for reasons relating to its specific situation, to object at any time to The Psychedelic Research Foundation against the processing of his personal data processed for the purposes of the legitimate interests of The Psychedelic Research Foundation or other persons (according to the Regulation); legitimate interests according to the Regulation can be, in particular, cases of protection of the rights and legal claims of The Psychedelic Research Foundation.
The right to data portability: The data subject has (under the conditions set out in the Regulation) the right to obtain his personal data from The Psychedelic Research Foundation and transfer them to another personal data controller.
The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority: The data subject has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if he believes that the processing of his personal data has violated the Regulation. This supervisory authority for data subjects in the Czech Republic will be the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
