Information on the processing of personal data

Personal data are collected and further processed only to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing the highest quality service. The processing of personal data is governed by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the protection of personal data and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / ES (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”).

The administrator of personal data is the Psychedelic Research foundation, with its registered office at V Honech 687, 250 67 Klecany, IČ 055 40 143, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section N, Insert 1427.

The following personal data are processed: name, surname, email, telephone, address, or IP address.

The administrator processes personal data due to the fulfilment of a legal obligation, the fulfilment of a contract, the legitimate interest of the third party administrator or the consent to the processing of personal data granted by the subject on his personal data. When processing personal data, we emphasize the observance of the rights of subjects giving their personal data and follow the deadlines set by law and internal regulations.

The purpose of personal data processing is primarily the fulfilment of concluded contracts, acceptance of gifts, communication with donors, ensuring transparency, security and fulfilment of legal obligations.

As part of the processing, some personal data is made available to other subjects (processors) who are our contractual partners and participate in our business activities. These entities also guarantee protection standards according to the GDPR, and in all cases where we transfer personal data to third parties, we take care to ensure maximum protection of the rights of subjects and his personal data.

We process personal data in accordance with legal regulations only for the necessary period of time and in accordance with the internal directive on personal data protection meeting all the requirements of the GDPR.

If you have given your explicit consent to the processing of your data, you can revoke it at any time. You can also request the deletion of personal data at any time if you feel that they are not being lawfully processed or for their modification if the data processed is inaccurate. You also have the right at any time to request information on whether the administrator processes your personal data – if so; you can request a copy of all personal data that the administrator processes about you.
